Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the OuterSEO website and the services and products we provide (“Services”). By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
In these Terms, “OuterSEO”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to OuterSEO. “You” and “your” refer to the person or business using our Services.
1. Our services
We provide search-visibility services, including SEO, GEO (generative engine optimisation) and AI-search optimisation, delivered as ongoing retainers or as one-off productised packages (for example, the Booster Pack: niche edits and press-release distribution). The specific scope of any engagement is what is described on the relevant page or agreed with you in writing.
2. Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are payable at the point of order unless otherwise agreed.
- Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store your card details.
- Placing an order confirms that the information you provide (including target URLs, anchors and any content) is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
3. Refunds and cancellations
Completed work is non-refundable. Once we have completed work on an order (for example, a niche edit has been placed or a press release has been distributed), that order is not eligible for a refund.
Cancelling before work starts. If you cancel an order before we have begun work on it, we will refund you the amount paid less a 10% handling fee, which covers payment-processing and administration costs.
Work already in progress. If you cancel after we have started but before the order is complete, any refund is at our discretion and will exclude work already carried out and any third-party costs we cannot recover.
Orders we cannot fulfil. If, during vetting, we determine we are unable to fulfil an order (for example, no suitable, relevant placement is available), we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund for the affected item.
4. Delivery and your responsibilities
We vet the targets you provide before fulfilment and may decline targets that are unsuitable, unlawful, or outside the agreed niche. You are responsible for providing accurate details, for owning or having permission to promote the target website, and for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe any third-party rights.
5. Results and no guarantee
Search engines and AI platforms are independent third parties whose ranking and citation systems we do not control. While we apply best-practice methods, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific ranking, position, traffic level, citation, or commercial outcome. Any figures or examples shown on our website are illustrative.
6. Acceptable use
We may decline or cancel orders for websites or content that are illegal, adult, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise incompatible with our standards or those of the publishers and platforms we work with. Where we cancel for these reasons before work begins, the cancellation terms in section 3 apply.
7. Intellectual property
Deliverables we produce for you become yours once payment has cleared. Our website, brand and underlying systems remain our property.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost rankings. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Third-party services
Our checkout and communications rely on third parties (including PayPal for payments and our email provider). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place an order.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
