This policy explains how OuterSEO (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website, submit an enquiry, or place an order. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us at jano@outerseo.com.

- To process and fulfil your orders and send you order-related communications and reports.
- To operate, secure and improve our website.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
3. Legal bases
Under UK GDPR, we rely on: consent (when you contact us), performance of a contract (to fulfil your orders), and legitimate interests (to run and secure our business).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, acting as our processors:
- PayPal: payment processing.
- Resend: sending order and enquiry emails.
- Our hosting provider: serving the website.
We may also disclose data where required by law.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser’s local storage to remember your shopping cart. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email jano@outerseo.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
